Two bedrooms, one bathroom,
and a terrace worth the trip
The whole house on the ground floor, plus the private outdoor space and the panoramic terrace upstairs. It is let whole: you share nothing with anyone.
Living area
Kitchen and sitting room open into each other. The table seats six, the sofa faces the television and the pellet stove takes the corner. It is ducted: in winter it warms the whole house quickly, bedrooms included.
The kitchen is equipped for actual cooking: oven, four-burner gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and a countertop electric oven. Crockery and utensils are already there.
Sleeping area
The double bedroom has a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. The small bedroom has two single beds and a second wardrobe: it works for two children, two teenagers or two adults travelling together.
Both bedrooms are air conditioned: you sleep cool even in mid-August.
Bathroom and outdoor shower
The indoor bathroom has a shower cubicle, a basin with a cabinet, a bidet and a washing machine.
Outside there is the outdoor shower: you come back from the beach and rinse off the sand and salt before going in. In a house by the sea it matters more than it sounds: no sand in the bathroom, no wet swimsuits around.
Outdoor space and terrace
The courtyard is private and sheltered, and stays in the shade for most of the day. It is the space you simply end up in: lunch outside, the afternoon card game, swimsuits hung out to dry.
From the courtyard a staircase climbs to the panoramic terrace, with open views over Torre Vado and the sea. It is the place for breakfast and for a drink before dinner.
