Privacy notice

Data controller

Mattia Orlando — Via Corsica, Torre Vado, Morciano di Leuca (LE). Email: dimoravado@gmail.com.

What data we collect

None. This site records no browsing data for statistical or advertising purposes. The typefaces are hosted on our own server: browsing these pages makes no calls to outside services.

The «Quick enquiry» dialog

The fields in the quick enquiry (dates, number of guests, topics and free note) are not sent to us or to anyone else: they only compose a piece of text that opens, already written, in your own WhatsApp or email application. Nothing is stored and nothing leaves your device until you press send yourself. If you close the dialog without sending, what you wrote disappears.

When you send the message, the terms of the service you chose apply: for WhatsApp the privacy notice of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), for email the one of your mail provider.

If you contact us by phone or by email, we process the data you give us (name, contact details, dates of stay) for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry and, if you book, of meeting our contractual and legal obligations, including reporting guest details to the Questura as required by Italian law.

How long we keep it

Data from enquiries that do not lead to a booking is kept for as long as it takes to handle the enquiry. Booking data is kept for the periods required by tax and public security obligations.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of the processing of your data by writing to dimoravado@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
