Four ways to book
By phone. The quickest way: in two minutes you know whether the week is free, what it costs and what is included.
On WhatsApp. Pick what you want to know and the message writes itself: you give the dates and how many of you there are, and it leaves complete.
By email. The same, if you would rather write: we answer the same day.
On Booking or Airbnb. If you prefer the guarantee of a platform, the house is on both. Book here instead and you always get our best rate: no commission to hand on to anyone.

The things people always ask
How far is the sea?
The beach and the harbour of Torre Vado are 400 m from the house: about four or five minutes on foot. You will not need the car for a day at the sea.
Where do we park?
Parking is right outside the house and it is free. You will not be hunting for a space when you come back from the beach, not even in August.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, the house is air conditioned. For the cooler months there is also a ducted pellet stove that heats the bedrooms too: the house is comfortable all year round.
Are there shops and restaurants nearby?
A café and a grocery are 200 m away, restaurants and pizzerias 300 m. Most of the holiday happens comfortably on foot.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in between 3 pm and 7 pm, check-out between 7 am and 10 am. If you need different times, write before you arrive: when the week allows it we are glad to arrange them.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, by prior agreement when you book, with a supplement of €50 per stay. Owners are responsible for their animal's behaviour and for any damage.
Is linen included?
Sheets and towels are not included: they are requested when you book, at €15 per person per set. Extra changes are available on the same terms. The final cleaning, on the other hand, is included in the price.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, €150. It is returned after the property has been checked on departure; if there is damage or anything missing, what is needed to cover the cost is withheld.
Can we get there without a car?
Yes. A private transfer to and from the house can be arranged when you book, handy for arriving from Brindisi or Bari airports or from the station. The cost is agreed case by case depending on the route. Once here, cafés, restaurants and the sea are all within walking distance.
Does the house meet safety regulations?
Yes. Carbon monoxide and combustible gas detectors are installed, along with portable fire extinguishers to code, as required by Italian law for holiday lettings.
Is it Saturday to Saturday only?
Stays mostly run Saturday to Saturday. Depending on how the week falls we are happy to consider other dates: just ask, we answer quickly.
Are there cameras?
Yes, there are security cameras outside, pointed at the entrance and the outdoor space. There are no recording devices of any kind inside the house.
